Job Description

Note: This is not a Workday Integration role.  Candidate needs to have solid SAP HCM experience with integration. 

Senior SAP HCM Consultant – WTW Integration

The organization is currently undergoing a significant HR transformation, transitioning from SAP HCM to Workday HCM. The consultant will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the existing SAP environment, supporting WTW integrations, and ensuring business continuity during the Workday implementation and migration journey. This role is ideal for a senior SAP HCM professional who can support a complex HR ecosystem today while helping guide the organization through its transition to Workday.

Key Responsibilities

·  Lead SAP HCM support, enhancement, and integration initiatives across HR, Benefits, and Payroll.

·  Troubleshoot integrations between SAP HCM and WTW solutions.

·  Partner with HR, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

·  Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions to improve HR operations and data flow.

·  Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on development, testing, and deployment activities.

·  Lead system integration testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production deployment efforts.

·  Troubleshoot complex HRIS, payroll, and benefits integration issues.

·  Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on SAP HCM best practices, benefits administration, and vendor integrations.

Required Qualifications

·  10+ years of SAP HCM experience in large enterprise environments.

·  Strong hands-on expertise with SAP HCM modules, including: 

o Personnel Administration (PA)

o Organizational Management (OM)

o Benefits

o Payroll

·  Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting WTW (Willis Towers Watson) integrations.

·  Strong understanding of benefits administration, HR data management, and payroll processes.

·  Experience with inbound/outbound interfaces, data mapping, file transfers, and vendor integrations.

·  Experience leading requirements gathering, stakeholder discussions, and solution design workshops.

·  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.
