SEND Teacher

SEND Teacher | Maidenhead, United Kingdom | Hybrid | £28 - £35 per hour

We are seeking dedicated SEND Teachers to join an impact-driven community that is transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. We partner with schools and local authorities to provide flexible and trauma-informed support to disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.

• *The Role**
• Provide in-person, online, or hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to students with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, developing flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring plans.
• Plan and report for lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with children and young people referred by local authorities and schools.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for young people with diverse learning needs.

• *What You'll Need**
• 2+ years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS check and 2+ professional references.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Ability to work creatively and in a trauma-informed way.
