Job Description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Technical Program Manager.
Position Type: W2 Contract
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Hybrid Role in New York, NY
As a Technical Program Manager, you will:
  • We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver complex Data, Business Intelligence (BI), Analytics, and AI-related initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, experience leading cross-functional technical teams, and the ability to drive projects from concept through successful delivery.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data, Analytics, BI, and AI/ML programs.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data, Analytics, Product, and Business stakeholders.
  • Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Facilitate project governance meetings, status updates, and executive communications.

The ideal candidate will have: Highly organized and proactive Technical Program Manager who can effectively bridge business and technical teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive successful delivery of data-driven and technology-focused programs while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Delivery Lead managing Data, BI, Analytics, or related technical projects.
  • Proven experience leading large cross-functional teams in a technical environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Experience managing initiatives from concept, planning, execution, and deployment through final delivery.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience with AI/ML project delivery methodologies such as CPMAI, CRISP-DM, TDSP, or SEMMA.
  • Familiarity with enterprise collaboration and project management tools such as Wrike, Miro, Box, Quip, and Keynote.
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale digital transformation, analytics, or AI-focused initiatives.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
