Merch Services Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Merch Services Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate with experience leading cross-functional project execution, stakeholder engagement, and strategic delivery initiatives to ensure successful merchant outcomes.

Rate Range: $43/hour to $46/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Merch Services Project Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Lead project kick-offs, status meetings, and stakeholder reviews while driving accountability across all project participants.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery of merchant initiatives.
• Develop and deliver executive-level status reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Partner with internal execution teams and project analysts to ensure merchant requirements are accurately translated into actionable project plans.
• Resolve project escalations, address stakeholder concerns, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project scope, quality, and delivery commitments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholder-driven initiatives.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, executive reporting, risk mitigation, and project timeline management.
• Proven ability to lead merchant/client-facing projects, facilitate executive-level communications, and resolve project escalations while ensuring successful project delivery.

Pay Details: $43.00 to $46.00 per hour
