Manager, Finance & Accounting - Temporary Remote

Finance Manager supporting Global IT leadership at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company. The role involves financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting to enable strategic decision-making across the global IT organization. Based in Brea, California on-site.

Responsibilities
Advise senior business leaders using data-driven analytics to enhance financial transparency and operational effectiveness
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities supporting strategic initiatives across Global IT
Collaborate with corporate stakeholders and regional finance partners on planning alignment and companywide initiatives
Support adoption and implementation of AI-enabled finance solutions and advanced analytics capabilities
Identify operational improvement opportunities and support process and system enhancements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 9+ years finance experience, or Master's with 7+ years, or Doctoral with 4+ years
Progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Proficiency with financial systems including OAS/OBI, Power BI, ERP systems, OneStream, and advanced Excel
Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills with executive-level experience
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities independently
Experience with data warehouse and financial consolidation tools like SAP-BPC or OneStream preferred
Background in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or regulated high-complexity industries preferred
Compensation:
$110,000-$130,000 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
