Manager, Finance & Accounting - Temporary Remote

Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
Provide financial insights and recommendations to functional leaders
Manage month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and regulatory compliance
Conduct variance analysis and identify corrective actions
Support strategic initiatives including business cases and M&A activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 5 years progressive finance and accounting experience
Strong financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting expertise
Proficient in Excel with financial modeling experience
Ability to communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
