Job Description

Cloud Support Officer Cloud Data Products

Support secure cloud-based data products and services in an agile environment, providing user support, incident resolution and operational support. The role is based onsite in Barton, with flexible working arrangements considered case-by-case subject to operational requirements and approval.

Location:Barton, ACT
Work Arrangement: Onsite - flexible working arrangements may be considered case-by-case, subject to operational requirements and approval.
Contract Duration: 12 months, with a possible 6-month extension
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline
Closing Date: 10.00am, Tuesday 8 September 2026

Essential Tasks
  • Provide first-level support, triage and resolution for cloud data product users.
  • Monitor service performance, investigate incidents and support service reliability.
  • Support cloud security controls, policies and governance requirements.
  • Maintain SOPs, operational documentation and knowledge articles while contributing to continuous improvement.
Key Criteria
  • Minimum three years' experience supporting cloud data products in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based applications and services, including incident management, troubleshooting and user support.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner training or certification, or an equivalent foundational AWS qualification.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
