Job Description
Arthrex is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Support Officer to join our APAC regional team in Frenchs Forest, NSW. You will provide Level 1 and 2 hardware and software support onsite and remotely, resolving issues and assisting end users across the organisation.
You'll collaborate with IT and business units, manage infrastructure tasks, coordinate with outsourced vendors, and help deploy OS updates and software installations.
