Senior IT Support & End-User Experience Lead

Macquarie Group is seeking an experienced Tech Assist specialist to provide hands-on technology support across the bank, acting as the face of IT for users. You will resolve hardware and software issues, fulfil service requests, and assist new starters while coordinating with specialist teams on technical challenges.

You'll also support meeting room AV, collaboration tools, networks and executive events, contributing to projects and continuous improvement across the technology landscape.
