Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager for a technology and product-driven organization. This role involves leading complex, enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs across multiple Product and Engineering teams, with ownership of scope, timelines, investment, risks, and outcomes. The position requires a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs across multiple Product and Engineering teams.
• Own the scope, timelines, investment, risks, and outcomes for assigned programs.
• Engage in technical design and architecture discussions, leveraging strong technical acumen.
• Translate complex technical concepts and architecture decisions into clear business impacts for executive stakeholders.
• Identify and drive the resolution of complex technical dependencies, risks, and systemic issues across teams.
• Lead high-visibility programs with engagement from senior executives.
• Manage global, multi-regional programs across distributed teams.
• Oversee program governance, risk and dependency management, and executive-level reporting.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 8 to 10 years of technical program management experience in a technology or product-driven organization. Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs. Experience leveraging AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve program planning, reporting, decision-making, or risk management.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Technical Skills: Strong technical acumen across system architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. Proficiency with AI tools, Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, MS Project, and Agile/hybrid delivery methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fraud prevention, identity, or financial services is a strong plus.
