Change Management with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Introduction:

As a Change Management professional with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will play a key role in leading change management and user adoption for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement initiatives. You will work closely with marketing, business, and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and capabilities. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing communication, training, and rollout plans for business users, as well as supporting the adoption of Journey Builder, Email Studio, and campaign management workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Lead change management and user adoption for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement initiatives
• Develop and execute communication, training, and rollout plans for business users
• Work closely with marketing, business, and technical teams to ensure smooth transition to new processes and capabilities
• Support adoption of Journey Builder, Email Studio, and campaign management workflows
• Prepare training materials, documentation, and enablement sessions
• Track adoption metrics and gather feedback to improve user experience

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Change Management / Organizational Change Management (OCM)
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement
• Experience supporting marketing platform rollouts or campaign operations teams
• Strong stakeholder communication, training, and adoption management skills
