Overview

Seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support cloud and on-premises infrastructure for customer demos, trials, Proof of Value (POV) environments, and engineering testing. The role focuses on troubleshooting, automation, infrastructure reliability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud/on-prem infrastructure.
• Support AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments and virtualization platforms.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and/or PowerShell.
• Support infrastructure provisioning with Terraform/Ansible.
• Configure demo, trial, and customer POV environments.
• Support SaaS integrations with Workday, Oracle, and Salesforce.
• Manage identity and access using Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, or Ping.
• Support Docker/Kubernetes environments.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Engineering, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 6 years of IT/Systems/Infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of networking, virtualization, cloud security, and IAM.
• Experience with Python or PowerShell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or Ansible.
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Ability to leverage AI/GenAI tools such as ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot for automation and troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
