Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 10+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, integrations, and Salesforce DevOps, along with experience delivering scalable CRM solutions for large enterprise environments. This aligns with common senior Salesforce developer responsibilities across enterprise implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.

• Build custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components for Salesforce Lightning Experience.

• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.

• Implement complex business logic using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and platform automation.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and MuleSoft.

• Customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud solutions.

• Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and improve application performance.

• Implement Salesforce security including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Roles, and Shield.

• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA, and DevOps teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Create technical documentation and mentor junior Salesforce developers.

Required Technical Skills

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.

• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning Platform.

• Experience with enterprise-level Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and governor limits.

• Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification

• Salesforce Administrator Certification

• Experience with MuleSoft Integration

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud & Agentforce

• Knowledge of Einstein AI and CRM Analytics
