The Role • Responsible for the assembly, installation, and expansion of high-voltage cable and grounding systems, as well as switchgear. • Perform maintenance, repair, and new construction of technical systems for energy supply companies, municipal utilities, and industrial clients. • Conduct measurement tasks, including insulation and grounding measurements. • Participate in fault clearance and troubleshooting for clients. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering/energy technology (e.g., Electrician, Electronics Technician, Electrical Installer) or motivated career changers with a willingness to retrain. • Willingness to travel within Germany and a valid driver's license (Class B is required; Classes BE, C, and CE are a plus). • German language proficiency at B2 level minimum. • Self-directed, committed, and motivated work ethic, coupled with reliability, communication, and teamwork skills.
