About the Role

Our customer is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale wireless infrastructure deployments across its warehouse footprint, with a focus on DAS and in-building cellular coverage. This person will own multi-site rollouts end to end, coordinating carriers, vendors, integrators, and internal IT and facilities teams with minimal disruption to live warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-site DAS and wireless rollouts from planning through closeout
• Own schedules, budgets, and risk tracking
• Coordinate carriers, OEMs, integrators, and installation contractors
• Oversee site surveys, permitting, procurement, installation, and commissioning
• Report status to senior leadership and standardize repeatable deployment processes

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management in telecom, wireless, or network infrastructure
• Hands-on DAS, small cell, or in-building wireless experience
• Proven track record on high-volume rollouts (dozens to hundreds of sites)
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills
• PMP or equivalent preferred; live retail or warehouse experience a plus

• Carriers and neutral hosts: Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Crown Castle, American Tower, Boingo, ExteNet
• Network and infrastructure services: Dycom, MasTec, Black & Veatch, Ericsson, Nokia
• Systems integrators: WWT, Presidio, Insight, CDW
• Logistics and distribution: Amazon, FedEx, UPS

Best fit: A PM who has run repeatable, multi-site rollouts, ideally blending retail or logistics operating experience with carrier or integrator DAS depth.
