Job Description

We are seeking a motivated candidate to support our Senior Business Analyst within our Supply Chain & Finance departments. This role will have extensive exposure to business processes, client integrations, enterprise systems, and emerging AI solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding, system implementation, integration, and process-improvement projects.
• Gather, document, and communicate business and technical requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between business users, operations teams, clients, vendors, and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements without being expected to design or develop the technical solution.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, validate results, and identify discrepancies or root causes.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Balance detailed analysis with broader project objectives, raising questions or challenging assumptions when appropriate.

• Experience in any of the following is helpful but not required: 
• EDI X12 transactions, particularly 850, 855, 856, 810, 875, 880, 940, and 945.
• ERP systems and cross-functional ERP processes; Sage 300 or Sage X3 is a plus.
• User acceptance testing, system validation, and testing methodologies.
• Client onboarding, system integrations, warehouse operations, supply chain, or process improvement.
• Jira, Sigma, or related business systems.
• CPG, distribution, manufacturing, or supply-chain environments.
