Role Description

Form Energy is hiring a Senior Global Supply Manager to lead procurement of indirect goods and services used across all Form factories and facilities to support rapid ramp-up. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the highest quality and cost efficiency. Reporting into our Manager of Global Supply Management and as part of our Global Supply Chain team, you will take the lead in driving high impact sourcing initiatives that support our next phase of growth in partnership with finance, operations and engineering teams. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission! Relocation assistance is available.

What you'll do:

  • Develop clear sourcing strategies and scale-up roadmaps for indirect materials and services across Form's locations

  • Develop relationships with robust supplier pools and selected preferred vendors that are capable of meeting Form's growth, with focus on diverse and local supply sources

  • Own the full negotiation lifecycle, including category strategy, supplier identification, RFQ, qualification, pricing, and contracting, to deliver the best total cost of ownership, lead time, and risk position

  • Own contracting for contingent labor, including supplier/agency agreements, rate structures, and terms that protect Form while keeping access to talent flexible

  • Set should-cost targets and benchmarks across indirect spend categories

  • Build deep technical fluency in Form's manufacturing processes and the supplier landscape that supports them

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or equivalent experience

  • 3-8 years of experience in strategic consulting

  • Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to generate bottom-up "should-cost" models based on an understanding of manufacturing processes; comfortable with spreadsheets

  • Quantitative, data-driven decision maker with high attention to detail

  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing and negotiations

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effectively communicate progress and strategic roadmaps in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to make quick decisions with 80% information

  • Track record of driving projects to completion, delivering results, and bringing new solutions to life

  • Motivated by difficult problems, excited to collaborate across organizations, and seeking individual responsibility

Where you'll work:

This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA. This 550,000-square-foot facility is our hub for high-volume battery production and a leader in the new era of American energy manufacturing. Relocation assistance is available.
