• 10+ years of hands-on Siebel development experience
• Strong Siebel configuration and development experience
• Hands-on experience with Siebel Open UI enhancements
• Strong knowledge of EAI, Web Services, REST services and integrations
• Experience working with Agile and distributed teams
• Strong Siebel architecture and independent development skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be comfortable working directly with clients and vendors
• PL/SQL and Unix knowledge is a plus
