Job Description

We are seeking a Transmit Core Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Transmit Security, Mosaic Platform, and customer identity and access management and a proven ability to design, implement, and support secure, frictionless customer authentication and onboarding experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement authentication and identity management solutions using Transmit Security.


• Build and maintain customer identity journeys, including registration, login, MFA enrollment, and account recovery flows.


• Integrate Transmit Security APIs and SDKs into web and mobile banking applications.


• Configure identity orchestration workflows and adaptive authentication policies.


• Support passkey and passwordless authentication initiatives.


• Collaborate with fraud, risk, cybersecurity, and digital banking teams to improve security and user experience.


• Troubleshoot authentication issues, integration defects, and production incidents.


• Participate in architecture reviews and ensure compliance with security and banking standards.


• Create technical documentation, support procedures, and implementation standards.


• Assist with vendor engagement and platform upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Transmit Security and Mosaic Platform.


• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.


• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, .NET, or similar enterprise development platforms.


• Deep understanding of IAM and CIAM concepts and patterns.


• Experience with MFA, FIDO2, WebAuthn, and Passkeys.


• Knowledge of API security, token management, and encryption technologies.


• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments.


• Familiarity with Agile development and DevSecOps practices.


• 8+ years Transmit Core Development experience.


• 10+ years software development experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Banking or financial services experience.


• Background in customer authentication and fraud prevention solutions.


• Experience with customer onboarding and KYC integrations.


• Work with identity orchestration platforms.


• Familiarity with vendor platforms such as Okta.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.


• Security certifications such as CISSP, IAM certifications, or cloud certifications are a plus.
