The Role

• Deliver exceptional service to clients and prospects, identifying needs and providing tailored financial advice.
• Guide customers through digital and self-serve banking options, ensuring a simple and efficient experience.
• Collaborate with partners to identify referral opportunities and expand client relationships.
• Conduct client conversations to recommend banking services and provide personalized financial and credit card advice.
• Support branch operations, including transaction processing, application follow-up, and opening/closing activities.
• Contribute to meeting branch business objectives and enhancing the overall customer experience.

What You'll Need

• 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales roles, with a drive for personalized customer experiences.
• Proficient in using modern digital tools, including social media, tablets, and online applications.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to facilitate referrals.
• Demonstrated passion for helping customers and a results-oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
