The Role

• Manage credit and collections processes to drive growth and revenue by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through "white glove" service, both in-store and in customers' homes.
• Engage in product delivery and pickup, ensuring safe and compliant handling and installation of merchandise.
• Maintain store merchandising, ensuring an inviting and organized environment for customers and colleagues.

What You'll Need

• 1-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid state driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
