The Role

• Manage credit and collections activities to positively impact revenue by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a "white glove" approach in stores and during home visits.
• Participate in product deliveries and pickups, ensuring safe and compliant loading, unloading, and installation.
• Maintain store merchandising standards, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for customers and colleagues.
• Contribute to the overall success of the branch through daily operational tasks.

What You'll Need

• 1-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid state driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A desire for a long-term career and a passion for improving customers' lives.
