In this role, you'll:

You will lead the Cyber Insights & Analytics function and team, delivering enterprise cyber reporting, analytics, and strategic insights that support executive decision-making, government engagement, and cyber resilience outcomes.

You will oversee the Cyber Data Repository, drive analytics and reporting capability uplift, and ensure the delivery of trusted, timely, and actionable cyber insights. Working closely with Cyber Security, Technology, Risk, and business stakeholders, you'll translate complex cyber, threat, and operational data into meaningful business outcomes while promoting strong governance, data quality, and continuous improvement.

You are an experienced cyber insights and analytics leader with a proven track record of managing high-performing technical teams and delivering executive-ready cyber reporting and strategic insights.

You excel at translating complex cyber security and operational data into clear business outcomes, influencing senior stakeholders, and building trusted relationships across technical and non-technical audiences.

Your strong leadership, analytical mindset, and stakeholder engagement skills enable you to drive capability uplift, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement in a complex enterprise environment.

Essential Requirements
  • 1. Demonstrated experience leading Cyber Insights & Analytics functions, including managing and developing high-performing teams of cyber analysts, data engineers, and analytics specialists.
  • 2. Proven ability to translate complex cyber, threat, risk, and operational data into actionable insights, executive reporting, and strategic recommendations.
  • 3. Strong understanding of cyber security domains including cyber risk, threat and vulnerability management, security operations, governance, and performance reporting.
  • 4. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills, with experience delivering executive briefings and strategic reporting.
  • 5. Demonstrated experience establishing governance, quality standards, and continuous improvement practices for cyber analytics and reporting functions.
