Clinical Business Analyst

Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with Product Managers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable user stories for life sciences applications.

Required Skills:

·         10+ years of Business Analysis experience in IT delivery.

·         Life Sciences experience, preferably with CRM, CTMS, or clinical systems.

·         Strong Agile methodology and user story writing experience.

·         Hands-on experience with data projects.

·         Understanding of clinical trial lifecycle and site-level operations.

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Conduct requirement workshops and document business requirements.

·         Create user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process flows.

·         Manage and groom product backlogs and prepare stories for sprints.

·         Work with engineering, QA, UX, and product teams to ensure solution alignment.

·         Support testing, UAT, defect triage, and release readiness.

·         Ensure requirements are traceable, testable, and aligned with regulated system expectations.
