Patient Accounts Representative

• Schedule: Day shift l Full-time

• Review and process insurance explanation of benefits statements, managing debit and credit balances, contractual adjustments, and refunds.
• Identify and resolve payment discrepancies, incorrect contractual adjustments, and recurring billing issues in collaboration with the team.
• Reconcile bank deposits with system payments to ensure accurate financial data and recordkeeping.
• Respond to third-party inquiries and review accounts promptly to resolve unwarranted debit or credit balances.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
