Recruitment Consultant

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment process, working closely with both clients and candidates to deliver the right people for the right roles.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
• Identifying new business opportunities and winning new accounts
• Sourcing candidates through CV databases, advertising and networking
• Conducting candidate screening and interviews
• Matching candidates to suitable vacancies
• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
• Negotiating offers and managing expectations between clients and candidates
• Building a strong network of candidates within your specialist market
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Providing an excellent level of service to both clients and candidates
