About the Role

A West London local authority is seeking an experienced Recruitment & Compliance Officer to support its Social Care recruitment function on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional with a strong understanding of social care staffing, recruitment administration, and agency compliance processes.

Working as part of a busy team, you will play a key role in coordinating recruitment activity, managing off-contract agency relationships, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across social care services.
• Screen and shortlist CVs against role requirements.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews, including setting up interview panels and scheduling candidates.
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage and review off-contract recruitment documentation.
• Liaise with off contract agencies to obtain and verify required compliance information.
• Ensure all candidate records and recruitment activities are compliant with local authority policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide administrative support where required.
• Act as a key point of contact for agencies, hiring managers, and candidates.
