Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.

• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with business, technical, and external stakeholders.

• Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to leadership.

• Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and priorities.

• Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.

• Ensure effective communication across all project teams and stakeholders.

• Monitor project budgets, resources, deliverables, and overall performance.

• Drive process improvements and ensure quality standards are maintained.

• Manage project documentation, reporting, and governance activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.

• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk, and resource management.

• Experience managing multiple projects and geographically distributed teams.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certification is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
