  • Advise on pay, terms and conditions of employment.
  • Support organisational change initiatives and wider people projects.
  • Build positive working relationships across the organisation, acting as a trusted HR partner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes and best practice.
  • Support both operational and strategic HR activities.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance.

About You

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor role, particularly with employee relations casework.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, HR policies and GDPR requirements.
  • Experience advising on pay, terms and conditions of employment.
  • A proven track record of resolving complex employee relations cases with practical, outcome-focused solutions.
  • The ability to balance transactional HR support with strategic people initiatives.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to manage sensitive and confidential matters professionally.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with sound decision-making skills.
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a team environment.
