Role: Business Analyst with LegalTech experience

Location: Reno/Vegas (Remote with occasional travel (paid for))

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate comprehensive requirements gathering sessions (functional and technical) across all impacted stakeholder teams.
• Analyze, document, and consolidate business and system requirements specific to Salesforce.
• Collaborate with technical and functional SMEs to create a detailed plan and process flows.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and the technical implementation team.
• Support project planning activities, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically on large-scale CRM projects.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude) for capturing requirements is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills to effectively manage and consolidate requirements from diverse groups.
