Job Description

TechAGI Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager with Salesforce and Azure DevOps expertise for a direct client requirement in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management, Business Systems Analysis, and Scrum Master responsibilities. This role requires hands-on experience managing Salesforce projects, working in Agile environments, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Systems Business Analyst.

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager.

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• At least 3 Business Analyst engagements, each lasting more than 10 months.

• At least 3 Salesforce project engagements, each lasting a minimum of 8 months.

• At least 3 Scrum Master engagements, each lasting more than 10 months.

• At least 3 Project Manager engagements, each lasting more than 9 months.

• At least 2 Agile engagements, each lasting a minimum of 8 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, delivery, and reporting.

• Lead Salesforce-related projects and coordinate with technical and business teams.

• Perform Business Systems Analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis.

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Use Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage project backlogs, user stories, tasks, and sprint activities.

• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

• Track project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and business partners.

• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working as a DevOps team member.

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).

• Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Experience working with state and federal government agencies.

• Experience with payment processing systems and API development projects.

• Knowledge of technology solutions in the mortgage and real estate industries.

• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple dependencies and external stakeholders.

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent).

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

• Good understanding of Salesforce capabilities, functionalities, and system integrations.
