Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and prepare for opportunities, scaling, and complexities in product deployment.
• Onboard clients effectively and drive product adoption through consistent demonstration of skills and behaviors.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, focusing on continuous improvement and mutual benefits.
• Lead product deployment responsibilities with an emphasis on product enhancements and client efficiency.
• Resolve user problems while prioritizing solutions across various stakeholders, ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
• Embrace a growth mindset to advance skills and adapt to evolving business and client needs.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in product development, client management, and software deployment; proven analytical skills and technical competence.
• Bachelor s degree required; MBA or equivalent career experience preferred.
• Experience with Postman, Insomnia, API testing, Single Sign-On, and file transmissions is required.
• Strong communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
• A keen focus on enhancing the customer experience and resolving issues proactively.
