The Role

• Research, write, and edit materials for IT processes, plans, procedures, and documentation.
• Obtain technical data through observation, review with technical staff, and study of published materials.
• Interface with users, specialists, and analysts to gather information on technologies and methods.
• Revise text and suggest improvements to ensure conformance with established standards.
• Perform final quality assurance on all documentation.

What You'll Need

• 6 years of experience in writing and editing documents, with at least 2 years supporting IT operations or related content.
• A Bachelor's degree in English, Literature, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with Office 365 software and the ability to create/edit Visio workflows.
• Understanding of IT service management principles and project lifecycle methodologies.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, writing, and editing skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to understand technical conversations and organize information logically.
