Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow (SNOW) Developer

Location: San Diego, CA / Fort Lee, VA (5 days onsite)
Openings: 2 (1 at each location)
Clearance: U.S. Citizen eligible to obtain Secret clearance

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  • Must hold at least one certification: CISSP, Security+, CASP+, or CISM

  • U.S. citizenship required; candidates must reside and work in the U.S.

  • Must be available to work onsite full-time at either location.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow solutions.

  • Develop workflows, business rules, integrations, and automation using JavaScript/GlideScript.

  • Manage data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and platform security.

  • Ensure compliance with security standards and ServiceNow best practices.

  • Lead technical activities, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

  • Certifications in ITSM, SPM, Discovery, SecOps, Event Management, or Vulnerability Response.

  • Experience with platform security, risk management, complex integrations, and technical leadership.
