Project/Program Manager

Duties:
The Senior Program Manager owns the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through closure. This role partners closely with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget - while driving continuous process improvement across the program management function.

Skills:
Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project planning and scheduling skills; proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for reporting and executive presentations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex program status into clear stakeholder narratives.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; comfortable working with cost, resource, and performance data.
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification strongly preferred.
PgMP (Program Management Professional), CSM, or SAFe certification a plus.
Program or project management experience, with a senior or lead capacity.
