Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Program Director to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives focused on Aircraft Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO), Component Repair Operations (CRO), Enterprise Asset Management, and Aftermarket Service Operations.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA maintenance and repair processes, enterprise asset management, repair logistics, spare parts management, and integration with third-party asset management platforms. This role will drive strategic transformation, operational excellence, and digital modernization across maintenance and aftermarket service organizations.
