Job Description
Only qualified Legal Operations Program Manager candidates located near the Tampa, FL area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence

Required Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required

Required Experience
Experience within Compliance Legal Risk, Regulatory Change, Operational Risk Governance, or Financial Services
Experience managing stakeholder relationships across business functions
Experience with vendor governance and third-party vendor management
Experience with regulatory technology program delivery
Experience with executive reporting and management reporting
Experience supporting strategic business initiatives and enterprise onboarding
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and presentations
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects
Experience with AI-enabled business solutions preferred
Experience managing global stakeholders across multiple regions preferred

Responsibilities
Manage vendor relationships service reviews issue escalation and performance oversight
Track vendor commitments enhancement requests roadmaps and remediation plans
Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across Legal Compliance Risk Operations and Technology
Drive stakeholder communications governance meetings and action tracking
Gather prioritize and manage business requirements for regulatory technology platforms
Coordinate product testing and user acceptance activities
Monitor incidents service tickets defects and user issues
Identify operational trends through reporting and ensure timely issue resolution
Support onboarding of new business functions to regulatory technology platforms
Coordinate regulatory coverage discussions with business stakeholders
Support AI governance feature testing validation and quality assurance activities
Prepare executive presentations governance materials strategic recommendations and performance reports
Present operational insights and strategic updates to senior leadership
