Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Copilot Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI-powered solution development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy enterprise copilots, conversational AI solutions, and custom integrations that automate business processes and improve productivity.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot technologies, API integrations, custom connectors, workflow automation, and enterprise security and governance.

Required Technical Skills

• Microsoft Copilot Studio: Custom copilots, conversational AI, topics, entities, actions, generative AI capabilities, and agent development.

• Microsoft 365 Copilot: Configuration, customization, business use cases, and enterprise productivity solutions.

• Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, connectors, workflow automation, and solution deployment.

• API Integration: Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, authentication, and integration with enterprise applications.

• Custom Connectors & Plugins: Development and configuration of custom connectors, plugins, actions, and reusable integrations.

• AI-Powered Solutions: Generative AI, prompt engineering, conversational experiences, and AI-driven business process automation.

• Security & Governance: Microsoft security controls, identity and access management, data protection, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Debugging, performance tuning, usability improvements, and production support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom copilots and AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Configure and customize Microsoft 365 Copilot to address business requirements and enterprise use cases.

• Build conversational AI applications, enterprise copilots, and intelligent virtual assistants.

• Develop integrations with Microsoft 365 services and enterprise applications using Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs.

• Create custom connectors, plugins, actions, and Power Automate workflows to extend Copilot capabilities.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and identify AI automation opportunities.

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Copilot solutions.

• Troubleshoot and optimize Copilot applications for performance, reliability, and user experience.

• Implement security, governance, compliance, and data protection best practices across Microsoft environments.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, technical design discussions, testing, and deployment activities.

• Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing enhancements to deployed solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Copilot solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Dataverse, and other Microsoft 365 services.

• Knowledge of Power Platform administration, environment management, and solution lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, Microsoft Graph permissions, and enterprise authentication.

• Experience with Azure services and Azure AI capabilities.

• Understanding of Microsoft Purview, data governance, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and responsible AI practices.

• Experience delivering enterprise automation or AI solutions in a production environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
