Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture and solution design for Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced implementations.

Define end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes including Product Configuration, Pricing, Quoting, Contracting, Amendments, Renewals, and Billing integrations.

Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Drive solution governance, architecture reviews, and technical best practices.

Design and oversee development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize revenue operations and sales processes.

Provide technical leadership to Salesforce development and implementation teams.

Ensure integration architecture aligns with enterprise systems including ERP, Finance, and third-party applications.

Conduct design workshops and support executive-level discussions.

Mentor junior architects and development teams.
