Clinical Sales Representative

Clinical Sales Representative role focused on driving da Vinci Surgical System utilization across the Chicago territory. The position involves clinical training of surgical teams, strategy development with management, and expansion of the user base through key opinion leader engagement.

Responsibilities
Partner with Clinical Sales Manager to develop sales strategy for robot utilization
Mentor surgical teams through training, OR integration, and da Vinci applications
Support regional sales and marketing events for system awareness and procedure adoption
Drive instrument and accessory sales and expand user base with key opinion leaders
Manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and expense reporting
Requirements
Minimum 5 years sales experience with 2+ years in healthcare sales
Bachelor's degree required
Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed
Knowledge of operating room environment preferred
Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
