Are you an experienced Recruitment Resourcer, Talent Resourcer or Recruiter who enjoys building relationships, uncovering talent and creating outstanding candidate experiences?
At Smile Education, you'll play a key role in building a community of education professionals who make a real difference in schools every day. Working alongside one of our top-performing consultants and a highly experienced Director, you'll help identify, attract and engage exceptional teachers and support staff across the Midlands.

What You'll Be Doing

• Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and social media
• Building talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
• Screening, interviewing and qualifying candidates
• Headhunting passive candidates
• Building long-term relationships and candidate communities
• Managing registrations and compliance processes
• Working closely with consultants to fill vacancies quickly and effectively
• Delivering an exceptional candidate journey from first contact through to placement

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruitment, talent acquisition or resourcing experience
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and influencing ability
• Resilience and determination
• High levels of organisation and responsiveness
• A proactive approach and strong sense of urgency

What You'll Get
