Recruitment Consultant

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition professional looking for your next opportunity?

We are seeking a proactive and motivated recruitment professional with at least 2 years' recruitment experience to join a growing team based in Chichester.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying great talent and delivering an effective recruitment service across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and requirements.

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.

• Screen, interview and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential talent.

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.

• Provide recruitment advice and support to hiring managers.

• Monitor recruitment activity and contribute to improving processes.

About You

• Minimum of 2 years' experience within recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills.

• Confident building relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Proactive, commercially minded and results-driven.

• Able to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
