Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm
Salary: £26,500 + uncapped commission (OTE £30k £130k+)

What you ll do as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you ll be fully trained and supported to become a recruitment specialist in your chosen sector. You will:

• Learn from experienced recruitment professionals and market experts
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Develop deep market knowledge and insight
• Progress to a 360 Recruitment Consultant role within 6 12 months
• Conduct market research and identify recruitment trends
• Offer advice and guidance based on your expertise

You ll receive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear career pathway to help you achieve your potential.
