Role Overview

Seeking an experienced GCP Platform Architect to lead cloud architecture, platform engineering, modernization, observability, automation, security, and reliability for enterprise applications in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and govern scalable, secure, resilient GCP cloud platforms.
• Lead cloud modernization, platform engineering, and application transformation initiatives.
• Define observability, AIOps, SRE, and DevOps standards.
• Drive Terraform/IaC, Kubernetes, CI/CD, automation, and self-service platforms.
• Establish monitoring, logging, tracing, anomaly detection, and automated RCA.
• Provide architecture governance and technical leadership across engineering and operations teams.

Required Skills

• Strong GCP architecture experience – GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM, Monitoring & Logging.
• Gemini AI – Mandatory
• Apigee – Mandatory
• Hands-on AWS experience – Mandatory
• Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Python/Shell
• Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, APM, SLI/SLO
• Cloud security, IAM, DR/BCP, governance and compliance.
• GxP/CSV experience preferred.

Preferred

• 5+ years of GCP architecture experience.
• Enterprise-scale cloud/platform modernization experience.
• Life Sciences / Pharma / Healthcare / Pharmacovigilance experience.
• GCP/AWS certification preferred.
