Senior Workday Tester

Key Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, plans, and scenarios for Workday implementations.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
• Test Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Security, and Integrations.
• Create and maintain automation scripts using Tosca, Worksoft, or similar tools.
• Prepare, validate, and reconcile test data.
• Manage defects through resolution and provide testing statmetrics.
• Support Workday releases, production fixes, and compliance/security testing.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and functional teams to ensure quality and coverage.

Required Skills

• Strong Workday testing experience across HCM and related modules.
• Hands-on experience with Tosca, Worksoft, or test automation tools.
• Experience with SIT/UAT, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong defect management, test reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
