SAP Project Manager

Role: SAP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale SAP S/4HANA upgrade initiative within a complex utilities environment. The organization is currently in the planning phase, evaluating a migration to either SAP S/4HANA 2023 or 2025 and assessing the potential adoption of SAP RISE. This individual will play a critical role in guiding both the planning and execution phases of the program. They will be responsible for overall project governance, cross-functional coordination, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement across both business and technical teams. This individual must possess a strong understanding of SAP architecture and upgrade methodologies, with the ability to effectively translate technical requirements to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading enterprise SAP transformation programs, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering large-scale SAP initiatives within regulated utility environments.

MUST

Lead end-to-end delivery of a largescale SAP S/4HANA upgrade
Experience with CIS, EAM, and ERP integrations
