Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP ABAP Technical Lead / Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ECC development. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and leading SAP technical solutions while collaborating with functional and business teams.

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of SAP ABAP development experience
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC
• Expertise in RICEFW, OOABAP, ALV Reports, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms
• Hands-on experience with CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, RAP, and SAP BTP
• Strong knowledge of IDocs, ALE, RFC, BAPI, BDC, LSMW, Enhancements, BADIs, and User Exits
• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP Gateway, and REST APIs
• Strong integration experience using SAP CPI/PI-PO, EDI, APIs, and third-party systems
• Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization skills
• Functional exposure to SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, and Retail/Fashion (IS-Retail/FMS/AFS) is highly preferred
• Experience leading onsite/offshore teams and supporting full lifecycle SAP implementations and S/4HANA migrations

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA Implementation/Migration experience
• SAP Retail/Fashion industry background
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
