Salesforce BA with Health Cloud

This is Long Term contract and Hybrid at Hartford CT.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Salesforce Health Cloud experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Work closely with business, healthcare, and technical stakeholders
Create user stories, process flows, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
Support Salesforce Health Cloud implementations and enhancements
Participate in UAT, defect resolution, and solution validation
Identify opportunities to improve business processes using Salesforce capabilities

Required Skills:
Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
Good understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality and business processes
Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, and UAT
Healthcare domain experience preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
