Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer/Software Engineer III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain complex software systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end systems.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Experience with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay Range: $80-90hr. on a W2 basis
