The Role

• Engage customers with expertise and excellent service at the fresh food counter, focusing on meat, charcuterie, cheese, and delicatessen.
• Skillfully prepare and portion products, demonstrating a refined touch.
• Independently create specialty items using proprietary recipes.
• Maintain impeccable product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as a butcher, meat processor, or food retail sales specialist with a focus on butchery.
• A genuine enjoyment of customer interaction and a passion for the retail sector.
• A reliable, responsible, and team-oriented work ethic with a strong customer focus.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift system, Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
